John Doe found 09-16-2001 - Graphic Crime Scene Photos

On September 16, 2001, an unidentified male died at a motel in the Lake Quinault area. The gentleman appeared to be in his 20’s. He was 6 foot 1 inch in height and weighed 130 to 140 pounds. He had black hair and hazel/green eyes. He appeared to be of Caucasian/African or Caucasian/Native American descent. He had a surgical scar and his appendix may have been removed. He registered under the name of: Lyle Stevik, of Meridian, Idaho. The dental chart and DNA profile of this gentleman are available. I was searching yesterday and the 2nd pic in the case file looks familiar but I searched so many states now I'm trying to hunt it down. Thanks Ranger, I forgot about Reddit!

Age Regression Composite

Upon further investigation, it was discovered that “Lyle Stevik” is the name of a character from the Joyce Carol Oates novel, “You Must Remember This”, so there’s a good chance this man had registered under an alias. The Idaho address he wrote down actually belonged to a Best Western motel. The man carried no identification or luggage and the only possessions left behind were a toothbrush and toothpaste. The only other clue was a discarded piece of paper in the room’s waste basket which read “SUICIDE”. All attempts to uncover anything about this man’s background have proved unsuccessful.
